clean bed complete facilities
My room was very neat. the hotel housekeeping service is excellent as well. i found ajith, the room boy, very professional. He did a nice job cleaning the room, and the bed was clean. the washroom included complete facilities.
the hotel is noisy, due to music playing past midnight. i could hear the ground floor nightclubs. i wish that the hotel would be quieter.

fantastic stay!
spacious room helpful team useful desk
the lobby matches the photos exactly. i booked a superior double room and it was spacious. a work desk was included, perfect for working. the reception team was helpful and polite.
the hotel is somewhat far from the metro and the beach.

great amenities friendly staff
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to various locations. The lifeguard team, especially Ravi and Pushpa, were very attentive and friendly, ensuring everyone felt safe at the pool. I found the reception team offered a warm welcome and excellent service. Their kindness and professionalism.
The carpet in the room had some dirty stains. Our rooms consistently smelled of cigarette smoke. It was especially noticeable in the bathrooms, possibly due to guests smoking in the shower cubicles.

helpful staff prompt delivery clean room
He even ensured I got a room of my choice. The room service provided by Mr Priyesh and Mr Chanpreet was prompt. They delivered orders quickly. Mr Tahir kept my room clean. He thoroughly took care of everything.

good housekeeping daily cleaning helpful staff temperature controlled pool
sanjay was very good in housekeeping. he cleaned the room daily and maintained good hygiene. bathrooms were always clean. i liked the daily room cleaning. madam sarbina and mr shubham were very helpful and professional. i found the breakfast selection adequate. complimentary shuttle service to burj khalifa and the beach was useful. the gym had sufficient equipment for a quick workout. pool was temperature controlled and refreshing.

spacious room clean room regular facilities stuck shower head mechanic service late repair
my room was spacious and clean with all the facilities i needed. the location of the hotel is central yet fairly quiet. it is good value for money. the rooms had regular facilities.
the shower head was stuck i could not shower before bed. i told the reception and they sent a mechanic to fix it. we showered then we checked out it was not ok for such hotel.

visible mold limited hot water
the lobby looked just like the pictures i saw online.
the shower had visible mold i didn't like that. hot water was also limited it wasn't enough. housekeeping usually came very late in the day i always had to wait.
